The NextGen Career Guide  founded by JAINODDIN. MOHAMMAD, It is an institution focused on empowering students, parents, and professionals to make informed career decisions using scientific and psychometric methods.

 With over 13 years of experience as a principal and educator, he holds an M.Sc, B.Ed, and certifications as a Career Counselor, Parenting Coach, and Teacher Trainer. Recognized with the Education Icon of the Year 2024 and Best Educator awards, Jainoddin is known for his dedication to fostering a holistic, high-quality education and implementing innovative teaching practices.

Throughout his career, he has identified critical gaps in the education system, particularly the lack of parental involvement and limited understanding of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. Driven by his passion for bridging these gaps, he is committed to raising awareness among parents and educators about the importance of comprehensive education and scientifically-based career guidance.
